Wallpaper instillation

Pottok very strongly recommends that you use a professional wallpaper installer to hang your paper.  

Pottok papers come with ½” to 1” borders that need to be trimmed before the paper is installed. A wallpaper professional will have long tables for trimming and pasting. They will also be able to accurately match the pattern of your paper during instillation (no easy task). A professional can also measure your room or wall before your project begins to insure that you buy enough wallpaper for your project. 

Please note that all fabrics and wallpapers are cut to order and can not be returned.

We recommend using simple water based wallpaper glue when installing the paper.

Pottok wallpaper is hand silk screened on recyclable clay coated paper and can tolerate the occasional splash without damage, but would not do well in a bathroom with lots of steam or in an area with excessive moisture.

 

Shipping

All products with the exception of the art prints,are shipped via the United States postal service priority mail. All in stock orders are shipped within 10 days. *please note* if you are in California state you will be charged the standard statewide sales tax.

International customers: You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; Customs policies vary widely from country to country. International packages can be held in Customs for several days. Contact your local customs office for more information.

Items are shipped via United States Postal Service priority mail. Once you receive tracking information from USPS the package is the responsibility of the Postal Service and you should contact them with your tracking number any further shipping issues. 

Art prints are shipped via Fedex. We will contact you with tracking information.
